I play a Bohemian bass that is between 180-200 years old. The origin is unknown but it was originally a three string which was the standard of the early 1800s.
I use a Fishman Full Circle Pickup paired with an Acoustic Image Contra amplifier. I also use a David Gage Czech Ease Acoustic Road Bass while traveling. Both my instruments have D'Addario Helicore Hybrid strings.
